In 1989, Hanson Green was one of the first firms to identify the need for professionally-appointed non-executive directors and we have been pioneers in the Corporate Governance debate ever since. We co-founded the Henley Centre for Board Effectiveness, regularly present at international Corporate Governance fora and are expert commentators on Corporate Governance in the major media.
