Michele Turner
Michele Turner heads Financial Services at Hanson Green
where she specialises in conducting global searches in
asset management. She joined in 1999 and has over nineteen
years’ experience of executive search, and has specialised
in asset management for over fourteen years. She started
her career in general financial services research at Goddard
Kay Rodgers, before moving to The Consulting Group in 1995.
Michele is a graduate in Law and Psychology.

Ginny Hutchins
Ginny Hutchins is Head of Private Wealth Management and
also focuses on assignments in asset management. She joined
Hanson Green in 2001 from TMP Worldwide and has over twelve
years’ experience in executive search. She originally
joined The Consulting Group in 1993 initially as a generalist
financial services researcher, and since 1995 has worked
specifically within private wealth management and asset
management across the UK, Europe and globally.

Barry
Dinan
Barry Dinan acquired Hanson Green, with Peter Waine,
in 1989 and specialises in non-executive director, independent
chairman and boardroom consulting. He started his career
as a regular officer in the Irish Guards. Before moving
into executive search, Barry formed his own insurance
broking business, which he eventually sold to a banking
group. He also worked as a Director for Jardine Matheson
in South East Asia. He is currently a member of the Advisory
Boards of Management Consulting Group Plc and StratCo
Inc.

Simon Negretti
Simon Negretti focuses on non-executive
director search in financial services. Prior to joining
Hanson Green he spent twenty-seven years in the City,
initially with Hambros Bank and subsequently in the money
markets. He spent seven years as a director of a discount
house, followed by eight years as Dealing Director of
Prudential Bache. He is a member of the Securities Institute.

Krystyna Nowak
Krystyna Nowak has eighteen years of experience with
Citibank / Citigroup, the first ten of which were in
London, in shipping finance and oil project finance.
She was Risk Manager for treasury and corporate finance
in Hong Kong and has oil industry expertise for SE Asia.
She most recently spent eighteen months as advisor to
the board of a freight airline. Krystyna is a graduate
from Oxford University where she studied Physics. She
gained a Law Degree in 2003.

Peter
Waine
Peter Waine has worked for manufacturing companies and
professional firms, both as a Director and an NED. A
former CBI Director, he acquired Hanson Green with Barry
Dinan in 1989. He is co-author of both The Independent
Board Director, the acknowledged management book on non-executive
directors, and Takeover, the acclaimed business novel,
and author of The Board Game. He is a visiting Professor
at both the Warwick and Cass Business Schools. He is
a former trustee of the Royal Opera House and a member
of the International Cricket Council. |
