Financial Services: Search Methodology
1. Meet with relevant members
of your team – to understand the quality,
experience, commitment and strategy of your organisation.
2. Agree the Job Specification – with the information gathered in
step 1, we will have a clearer understanding of your business and will
be able to provide you with a detailed candidate profile.
3. Research – we aim to provide the universe of potential candidates
for each position within two to three weeks from sign off. This universe
includes team breakdowns from senior to junior members. We will have
noted for your attention all potential candidates. In-depth referencing
will be conducted with people in the market, with the aim of verifying
independently the best potential candidates.
4. Approaches and Interviews – candidates will be contacted once we
have agreed the names to be approached from the universe list and interviewed.
5. Submission of Shortlist – detailed profiles of no fewer than three
candidates will be presented to you within six to eight weeks from
initiation. Interviews will then be arranged for you to meet with these
candidates. The process will continue until a successful candidate
is placed.
6. Contract Negotiation – once a candidate is selected for the position,
Hanson Green will work with you to ensure the successful conclusion
of negotiations on compensation and organisational issues. We will
help move this process forward in a timely fashion and will work with
you to bring negotiations to a successful conclusion.
7. Post Appointment – Hanson Green will remain in contact with the
client and candidate through the critical first few months following
employment – assisting a smooth transition.
